Apple Tree Catering is committed to environmentally sustainable practices.
We source the freshest produce available and work with local suppliers and farmers where possible. We believe in minimising our waste impact on the environment by ensuring we maximise our recyclable material and dispose of all waste responsibly. Our cleaning products are chosen carefully, ensuring we only use those which have a minimal ecological impact and environmental harm.
To ensure the safety and health of our customers, Apple Tree Catering follows the guidelines issued by NSW Health in response to COVID-19. These guidelines require us to use single use packing. We attempt to off-set the situation with our recycling practices.

Apple Tree Catering uses pure ingredients from local suppliers, therefore the availability of some produce is seasonal.
All events booked 12 months in advance may incur a 10% price increase.
The minimum spend for all delivery services is $330 and fully serviced events is $550.
